Shipping:

• Free Shipping within the UAE: All domestic orders are shipped free of charge.

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Processing Time: Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges:

As each piece is individually made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been confirmed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@evaradiamonds.net and our team will assist you.
